Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance by BakingWitness. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Custom cake orders require a 50% deposit, with the balance due upon pickup or delivery. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Delivery and Pickup

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. For custom orders, we recommend placing orders at least 72 hours in advance. Pickup orders must be collected within 24 hours of the scheduled time.

Cancellation Policy

Custom orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup/delivery time for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur charges for ingredients and labor already invested.

Limitation of Liability

BakingWitness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
